Spiritual Initiation

When one goes through spiritual initiation, it is when that person is ready to do the work they came to this world to do. We are all born with our special gifts, our unique talents, we do not really understand this until we are awaken to it . Some people realize their gifts early on in their lives e.g. Michael Jackson, his Father initiated him early in his life by pushing him to the point of awareness. For a person to realize their full potential, there’s always a price of hardship to pay, even people who were born from well off families they talk of hard times before they make it big e.g. Sir Richard Branson. When your talent is extra ordinary, the price is even higher, e.g. Dr Nelson Mandela, his task was huge, it was to free South Africa and the whole World was to learn from his work. Spending time in prison was his initiation, his alchemy – he was being taught humility that is why when he was released from prison he was preaching forgiveness because he understood what the act of forgiveness does. He was operating from another state of being that knew the truth - that if we hold anger and hold grudges or wanting revenge we would have never been free as individuals and as a Country.
When we are being initiated, the mindset shifts from negative to positive.
When our work or our calling is to free the spirits of other human beings, we have to go through spiritual initiation. Spiritual Teachers undergo initiation, which is a practical process and Pastors undertake training, which is a theoretical process. When you are being initiated, there is not much teaching from the Master, the Spirit becomes the Teacher and Guide. The Master provides the platform and set rules and then observes. The Initiate gets pushed through hard work to exhaust the body because once the body is exhausted the spirit comes alive and transformation takes place. By submitting completely to the experience without questioning, the Initiate learns humility. When the Initiate begins his journey he does not know what his calling or talent is – by asking the Higher Power or God to reveal this to them, they begin to understand their talent - by shutting the five senses and listening to the voice of the Higher power directly. Then the Initiate gets elevated to another dimension and shares the same space as the Source, which is God’s energy, they begin to understand the truth. They then role model the truth by living in total faith, they become childlike where they experience euphoria at all times. Once their initiation process is complete – they trust the gift and they live it.
A lot of people are wanting to be initiated or to be spiritual alchemists, what they don’t realize is – It is a call. It is something you were born to do, once you heed it - it then becomes a full time job. One needs to be ready, and surrender totally – to the unknown. The people who use to know you misunderstand that you are not the same person anymore – you have become extraordinary. It’s not an easy journey ….but…It’s Awesome!
